Lighting Design
Every show needs to be lit somehow, someway, and Flip Flop Productions can make that happen for you. In fact, lighting is where it all started for the Flip Flop team, and dance lighting is still a major part of our year. For your event or production, we are able to provide a full lighting plot to suit the specifics of your venue, your desired effect, and your budget. From the gel color to the circuit number, Flip Flop Productions will provide every detail necessary for the in-house electrician of your venue to smoothly and easily load in the plot for your show.

To light your stage production, we need a copy of the script or choreography notes, a stage layout or scenic groundplan and elevation with lighting hang system included, the instrument inventory, and the theatre's technical specifications, all of which is available from the stage steward or facility manager of your theatre. Through it all, Flip Flop Productions will work closely with you and/or your director to light your world as you see fit.

For weddings and special events, where a full plot is unnecessary, we can provide accent lighting, textured effects on the ceiling and/or walls, spotlights for speakers, party lights, and much more, all of which can be installed unobtrusively in your venue with minimal setup time. You need only send the venue location and your desired room layout, and we will acquire the tech specs necessary to make your lighting wishes a reality.

Photography
Capturing precious memories, documenting project work, making the image to get that role. These things and many more are the things photography adds to the world through happen-stance encounters and scripted affairs. We at Flip Flop Productions are committed to making your photographic needs a reality and are undaunted by even the most bizarre requests. Our photographers can work in teams or solo to make your project as comprehensive and artistic as you desire. Helpful Hints: Portraits, Candids, and/or Posed Candids? Black&White, Color, or Both? Compile a collection of your photo wants from magazines, bridal books, etc. as an inspirational guide for your photographer, and then make a list of all definite must-have shots, both portrait style and posed candid style, and give it to your photographer at least a week in advance.

Videography
Recording the moments in life that make you laugh or cry. Preserving for all time the moment your baby became a star. Creating your unique brand of visual art. Capturing the tear in his eye as he sais "I do". Such are the ways, and many more, that videography can be utilized in your life, and Flip Flop Productions has the talent you need to bring your project to life. Your final product will be a fully divided DVD with special features, menus, commentaries, and many other things to make your project uniquely yours.

From the most serious documentary to the most whimsical commemorative, Flip Flop has what it takes to bring your videography project to life.

Helpful Hints: Black&White or Color? Letterbox or Full Screen? Close-ups? Individual focus or overall coverage? Edited project or raw footage? Think in detail about how you want your final project to look and make a list of all the aspects you consider must-have's and those with which you are flexible. In addition, detail any subject sensitivities or project nuances the videographer needs to take into account, and submit this list at least two weeks in advance to your videographer.

Event / Stage Management
Every show or special event needs someone to call the shots in order to keep things running on schedule and without unnecessary hassles, but it's not always convenient or practical for your project liason to take on that roll. Our managers at Flip Flop Productions are happy to step up and take the reins to see your project to a successful conclusion.

For staged productions, we can come in from day-one of rehearsal or only a few days before the opening performance, and our managers will expertly organize and direct the stage crew and performers to run your show accordingly to your desired timeline. Our managers are competant at handling fussy divas, uncooperative children, naive tech crew, and skilled laborers, and our organizational skills will provide accountability checkpoints to accurately assess any problem areas of the production run, in order to increase productivity and decrease revenue loss and production expenses.

For weddings and special events, we will work with your own coordinator/consultant or you can choose to work with one of our experienced event managers directly. If you are taking care of all the event arrangments and only need a manager/director to handle the "day-of" details and timeline, Flip Flop Productions has the managers for you who excel in last-minute bookings and conform easily to new situations. If you need more assistance during the planning process, we work with a wide variety of vendors and event professionals to provide you with every aspect imaginable to make your event dream a reality from a music composer to create an original processional for you to a seamstress to whip up personalized table settings.

From casting call to stage strike or party idea to toasting the couple, Flip Flop Productions can manage as many or as few aspects of the event production as your needs entail.

Scenic / Environmental Design
Scenery can range from a few low platforms on which actors stand and deliver to a floral gazebo under which two lovers will take their vows or a shrunken replica of a busy metropolis through which dancers will leap and twist. We at Flip Flop Productions want to help you build your world without sacrificing your safety or the safety of your performers. We will work with your director to create a unique theatre-scape or traditional unit set that will enhance the production concept and support the action, all the while ensuring the necessary safety measures are taken to secure each piece of scenery for whatever sort action it needs to withstand.

For special events, Flip Flop Productions can design and create everything to make your venue a magical dream or practical paradise, from the tiniest of table decorations to the largest of projection backgrounds. We deal with a wide variety of floral wholesalers, event caterers, confectioners, and bakers to create the consistent or eclectic visual aesthetic you desire in all aspects of your event, edible to structural.

To make your scenic visions a reality, we will need the dimensions of your venue or stage, your script or plan of use, the general theme which you would like to follow, and your desired budget, and as always Flip Flop Productions will work closely with you and/or your director to design your scenic ideal.

Officiant
If a notary is too civil for your needs, Flip Flop Productions has an ordained priestess and minister available to perform over more traditional or new age ceremonies. We will work with you to make your ceremony exactly what you want it to be.
